By entering the Pet Photo Contest you are agreeing to the following rules:

• Photo can be of any pet.
• All photos must be either emailed to milnervet1@yahoo.com or submitted to Milner Veterinary Hospital.  Email submissions are preferred. 

• All photos become the property of Milner Veterinary Hospital and may be used in other media unless otherwise requested. By entering a photo you agree to allow the use of that photo on the Milner Veterinary Hospital website. 
• Each entry must include the following information: 
  1) Pet's name (and names of all pets and/or people in photo)
  2) Owner's name, address, and phone number
  3) Email address, if applicable
  4) Short bio of pet, and description of photo or caption (optional) 
  
• No professionally taken photos will be accepted.
• All photos should be clear and easy to see.  Please no scanned photos.  All email entries should be submitted in JPG or GIF format only.
• ONE photo per pet, per month is accepted so please choose your favorite.  If multiple photos are sent in, one photo will be chosen at our discretion.
• The last day photos will be accepted is the 20th of each month for the following month's contest (ie: the last day to submit a photo for the August contest would be July 20th). If your photo arrives after the deadline, the photo will be submitted into the next month's contest.
• Winner will be determined by the clients/patients at Milner Veterinary Hospital.  Ballots will be available at the front desk during the time photo contestants are displayed (between 21st and end of month).  Please vote only once.  All decisions are final.
• Winner will be notified by phone or email as soon as a winner is determined.
• Winner of each month's contest will win a one month supply of Revolution and be honored on our website! (Prizes may change without notice.)
• Winner of the end of year photo contest, which will include all previous months' winners, will receive a year's supply of Revolution and a $50 gift certificate for use at Milner Veterinary Hospital and/or Scrubbin' Bubbles.
• Winner will need to come in to Milner Veterinary Hospital to redeem prize.
• Rules may be amended at any time.
