As a community, we are all facing personal and professional challenges due to COVID-19. Now, more than ever, we want to assure you that our hospital is open, and remains an essential service. Our doctors and staff will continue to provide care for your pets! We are open and here for you. We are keeping our normal business hours and accepting new patients!
To ensure the safety of our clients and staff, we are have adopted a curbside business model for everything from routine exams to medication pick-ups. This is how the curbside process works:
• Call us when you arrive and we will let the technical staff know you are here.
• A veterinary assistant will contact you via phone and gather necessary background information about the reason for your pet’s visit. The technician will then come to your vehicle and transport your pet into the hospital and communicate with the veterinarian about the reason for your visit.
• The veterinarian will perform a physical exam, paying special attention to your concerns, and then call you on the telephone to answer all of your questions and communicate a treatment plan if needed.
• Once all necessary treatments have been performed and all of your questions have been answered, with the greatest of care, we will bring your baby back to your vehicle safe and sound
For the safety of your beloved pets, please make sure all cats are in a carrier and dogs are on a secure leash. Please call us if you have any questions or concerns. We are here and ready to take great care of your pets!
Please let us know if you are running late for your appointment. Clients that arrive over 10 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment.
